To delete your Busha account, from the dashboard click on Profile, then click on Account, then select “Delete account”

You will be redirected to a page where a warning appears, kindly read through the message, and if you would like to continue with the account deletion, check the boxes to acknowledge this action and click on “Delete Account”

Another page appears where you will select your reason for account deletion, please select your reason(s) and click on “Delete account”

Enter the verification code sent to your email and the code from your two-factor authenticator app and click on “Delete”

You will receive a pop-up notification that your account deletion request has been submitted and a message on the screen that your account will be deleted in 5 days.

If within the 5-day period, you reconsider your request and decide to keep your account, click on “Stop account deletion” A page appears where you will check a box to confirm that you wish to revoke the deletion request, then click on “Stop account deletion”

You will get a toast notification that your account deletion has been halted.

You will also receive an email confirming your account deletion has been stopped.
