If you've lost access to your Busha account and need to reset or deactivate your two-factor authentication (2FA), don't worry. We're here to help!

Please provide the following documents to our support team in-app or via email to [email protected]:

1) A clear selfie of you holding your valid government-issued ID. Please ensure your entire face and ID are visible in the photo.

(NIN slip, Drivers license, International passport or Permanent voter's card)

2) Another selfie of you holding a piece of paper. On the paper, please write "Deactivating 2FA on my Busha account" along with today's date and your signature.

Once your identity is verified, our support team will assist you in resetting or deactivating your 2FA.

We recommend setting up a new two-factor authentication method after resetting or deactivating the previous one.
This extra layer of security adds an additional barrier against unauthorized access.

If you encounter any difficulties during the process, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you. Don't hesitate to reach out for any further assistance.
