This is how to make payments to a merchant from an external wallet if you were sent a payment link, donation link, or invoice.
After a merchant sends you a checkout or donation payment link via Whatsapp, Instagram, or any other platform or an invoice via email, etc. Click on the link or copy to paste the link into a browser. You should see a preview of the payment details page.
In this case, we will make payments on an Invoice; your information is pre-filled on an Invoice payment link. This is only for illustrative purposes.
A modal appears, showing the merchant’s business name; the amount you are to pay; different payment methods available to you. In this scenario, we will be “Paying with External”. Select “Pay with External” to proceed. Please note, we recommend “Paying with Busha” if you have an existing Busha Account on the crypto-trading app. See the article for how to pay with Busha for more information.
A modal will appear where you will select the cryptocurrency you would like to pay in and select your preferred cryptocurrency; Please note that the merchant determines the assets that you can pay with.
A modal will appear showing a QR code and the merchant's wallet address, you can either make payment by scanning the QR code or copying the wallet address and amount to pay with any wallet of choice. Click “I have made payment” if completed.

Once your payment is successful, you will get a payment successful toast, which you can share as a receipt to send to the merchant as proof of payment.
