From the dashboard. click on “Settings” on the Navigation bar.
Then click on “payment threshold”
On the payment threshold settings page; You can set up underpayment & overpayment thresholds. To set up the underpayment threshold, in the “Absolute” input field, please type in an amount (the local currency value) that would be the maximum difference from the price of any given product. In the “Relative” input field, you also have to set a percentage of the product price that you can let go of for any payment made by a customer.
Please note the following: The absolute underpayment threshold sets the maximum amount you can tolerate as a difference (below the price of a product) from the price of a product (this doesn’t work if 0 is set as the value). The relative underpayment threshold sets a threshold of the percentage of the price of a product you can tolerate a difference (below the price of a product) for payments.
The absolute underpayment threshold sets the maximum amount you can tolerate as a difference (above the price of a product) from the price of a product (this doesn’t work if 0 is set as the value). The relative underpayment threshold sets a threshold of the percentage of the price of a product you can tolerate a difference (above the price of a product).
If both values (absolute and relative) are set for each of the thresholds (overpayment and underpayment), the absolute threshold would take precedence over the relative threshold (i.e the value of the relative must not go above the absolute else the payment falls as overpayment or underpayment).`
