  • From the display screen, click on “Settings” on the Navigation Bar.

  • Click on “Security” to proceed.

  • Click on “Enable 2FA” button and a modal pops to confirm the action you are about to take, review, and then click on “Enable 2FA” to proceed;

  • Enter the code sent to your email address and click “Confirm;

  • At this point, a modal pops up with instructions on how to complete the authentication process. Download a third-party authentication app (Google Authenticator - Recommended) then scan the QRcode or enter the key displayed in the modal on the authenticator app. If your app asks for an account name, enter “Busha” Click on “Continue” on this modal;

  • Once your authenticator app has generated its own 6 -digit code enter it on this modal that pops up then click “Enable 2FA”;

  • A toast message will appear that you have set up your 2FA successfully;

  • An email will also be sent to your email that you have successfully set up your 2FA;

To Disable your 2FA;

  • From the dashboard, click on the account profile drop-down menu, then click on “Settings” to proceed.

  • On the Security settings page, click on “Disable 2FA” to proceed.

  • A modal will appear with a warning message to reiterate the disadvantages of disabling 2FA. Please note we do not recommend this as two-factor authentication is an essential layer of security that ensures you are the only one who has access to your business account(s). Click on “Disable 2FA” if you wish to continue.

  • Enter the code sent to your email address as well as the 6 -digit code from your third-party authentication app, then click “Confirm”

  • A toast message will be shown, confirming that you have successfully disabled your 2FA.

  • You will also receive an email that you have successfully disabled your 2FA.
