In a case where a trade has not been completed either because a payment was not received or a payment was not confirmed, a dispute may be raised. Please note that to raise a dispute on a trade, the countdown timer must have elapsed i.e must be on 00:00.

Hence, to raise a dispute on the trade, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Click on your naira wallet,

  • Swipe to Cash Connect and Click the trade you will like to raise a dispute on,

  • Scroll down the trade page and click raise a dispute,
